aftr i got my quote and made a down payment the guy kept telling me he had a driver to pick up my vehicle. he also told me that it would b picked up on monday but never was and then told me the same thing for the next 3 days. it turns out he never even had a driver until that friday and was lying to me the whole time. and after i read the terms and agreement it said ' if your vehicle is assigned to a driver you wont get your deposit back if you cancel' so thats why he was lying and saying it was assigned to a driver. once a driver actually picked up the order, i was very happy with the drivers service and would recommend RICHARDSON TRANSPORT CO. to anyone but NOT aaa auto transport. they suck i would have been prefectly fine with him just saying that they didnt have a driver yet and it would be a couple days , rather then stringing me along and not calling me back every time he said he would.
